Recover a persistent video by request key

GET/v1/video-requests/{key}

Only for persistent; recovery requires the same key. This path currently does not rerun the complete model policy check; it does not imply historical model permissions have been uniformly fixed.

Use your current GloopAPI key. Available models, capabilities and permissions depend on its catalog and the endpoint documentation.
